Eufloria Greeting Cards at Petal Pushers Pop Up, 2024
Drive down Osage Avenue any Saturday morning during the growing season and you’ll see Pat waving from her blue tent filled with beautiful bouquets of garden flowers. I first came across Pat on Instagram (@petalpusherssantafe) and loved that she turned her small yard into an abundant flower garden from which she sells bouquets, among other offerings, including flowers for special events and flower garden consultations.
I’ve now pressed a few flowers from her bouquets - cosmos, larkspurs, campanulas, and even a couple dahlias she gifted me as they were past their peak for bouquets, but perfect for pressing. Pat grows her flowers with sustainable farming practices that improve the soil, “nourished by sunlight, goodsoil, and love,” as she writes on her website. The resulting pressed flowers are rich in lasting color that showcase the flowers’ elegant style and whimsical beauty.
I’m excited to offer Eufloria’s collection of greeting cards at her stand starting on Saturday, August 31st and through the growing season (usually first week of October). Stop by and pick up a fresh bouquet to liven up your home, and a few cards to hand write notes to those friends you’ve been meaning to connect with.
